Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 cups coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute any other liquid like almond milk or dairy milk for the coconut milk if desired.
