  • ½ cup fresh or canned pineapple, diced
  • ½ peach (or use about 6 frozen slices)
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice (can add more to make smoothie thinner if desired)
  • Pinch of ground ginger or cardamom
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
