Chocolate Dessert Hummus

- 1 can low sodium chickpeas
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
- ¼ teaspoon pink himalayan salt (optional)
- 3-4 tablespoons water, to desired consistency
- Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth!
- Serve with any kind of fruit, banana chips, and pretzels.
