Country Breakfast Sausage

Serves: 10 sausages
- 2 pounds ground pork, chicken, or turkey
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt or smoked salt
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander seed
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½-1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat and all spices. The best way to do this is with your hands to be sure spices are evenly blended.
- Form sausage into patties.
- Cook on medium heat about 15 minutes flipping a few times until cooked through with a nice crust and juices run clear.
Recipe can easily be halved. Or just refrigerate/freeze leftovers!
