Rustic Smoky Guacamole

Serves: 3 cups
- 3 ripe avocados
- ½ white onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or finely chopped
- 1-2 jalapeƱos, seeded and finely diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½-1 teaspoons smoked salt (for low sodium, reduce to ¼ tsp)
- Scoop out avocado from its shell, discard the pit, and place in a bowl.
- Roughly smash avocados with a fork.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
If you don't have smoked salt, you can add ¼-1/2 teaspoon natural liquid smoke seasoning
* For low sodium, reduce salt to ¼ teaspoon = 105mg per ½ cup serving
