Rustic Smoky Guacamole

Serves: 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • ½ white onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or finely chopped
  • 1-2 jalapeƱos, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½-1 teaspoons smoked salt (for low sodium, reduce to ¼ tsp)
Instructions
  1. Scoop out avocado from its shell, discard the pit, and place in a bowl.
  2. Roughly smash avocados with a fork.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
If you don't have smoked salt, you can add ¼-1/2 teaspoon natural liquid smoke seasoning

* For low sodium, reduce salt to ¼ teaspoon = 105mg per ½ cup serving
