⅓ cup coconut milk kefir (or coconut milk, almond milk or yogurt thinned out with milk, or cream)
Instructions
Place all dry ingredients in a jar or bowl.
Grate the apple and stir into dry ingredients.
Mix together lemon juice, honey and kefir.
Pour kefir mixture over dry ingredients and stir well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Notes
Feel free to use any combination of nuts or dried fruits and seeds that you like! You may wish to increase the liquid if you add additional dry ingredients.
