½ cup coconut milk kefir (or coconut milk, dairy kefir or yogurt)
½ cup almond milk (or dairy milk)
2 teaspoons maca root powder (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Notes
Any mixture of berries works great in this recipe. In place of maca, you can also add chia seeds or flax meal. Try adding a tablespoon of your favorite nut butter like almond or cashew butter for a nutty taste.
