Sesame Asparagus Salad

- 1½ pounds asparagus, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons low sodium tamari soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- crushed red pepper or chili paste (optional)
- In a small bowl, whisk together everything except the asparagus.
- Place asparagus in a serving bowl and pour the dressing over top.
- Toss to combine and serve chilled or at room temperature.
