Greek Feta Dip

Serves: 2 cups
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon marjoram
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon diced cucumber
- 1 tablespoon diced tomato or sundried tomato
- 1 green onion, diced
- Place all ingredients except the cucumber and tomato into a blender (or a tall container for an immersion blender) and blend until combined.
- Top with the cucumber, tomato and green onion (can also just stir these in if preferred).
- Serve with fresh cut vegetables, veggie chips, pita chips or use as a baked potato topping!
