Greek Feta Dip

Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon marjoram
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon diced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon diced tomato or sundried tomato
  • 1 green onion, diced
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except the cucumber and tomato into a blender (or a tall container for an immersion blender) and blend until combined.
  2. Top with the cucumber, tomato and green onion (can also just stir these in if preferred).
  3. Serve with fresh cut vegetables, veggie chips, pita chips or use as a baked potato topping!
